Ice Hockey Game Event Information

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are sold online on our official website: store.icehockeynz.co.nz/game-tickets/ – this is the ONLY place to purchase tickets.

How long does the game run for?
Each game typically runs for around 2 hours. The game is played across three 20-minute periods, with two 20-minute intermissions between periods 1 & 2 and 2 & 3. This gives you plenty of time to grab more food and drinks at the onsite cafe/restaurant without missing any of the action.

Is there carparking?
Free carparking is available onsite on a first come first served basis.

Is there food/drink available onsite?
Yes. A cafe and licensed bar will be available onsite.

Extra Information:
No smoking or vaping is permitted onsite.
Large cameras are not permitted inside the venue. Contact us if you wish to obtain media accreditation.
No outside food or drink may be brought in to the venue.
All guests may be subject to a bag search to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue.

Can I exchange my ticket for another game?
No. Tickets are only valid for entry to the specific game you purchased and cannot be used for entry to another game.

Can I buy tickets in-person at the rink?
Very limited numbers of door sale tickets will be available. We strongly encourage you to purchase an e-ticket in advance, on this website. E-Tickets are the cheapest way to purchase a ticket; additional charges for door sales will apply.

I haven’t received my e-ticket:
Check your spam/junk folder. If you haven’t received your ticket within 60 minutes of placing a succesful order, email your order confirmation number and contact details to [email protected]

Refund Policy – Game Tickets:
Once you have submitted and paid for your order, your order is final and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted should you change your mind or are unable to attend the game(s) (unless required by law). Should the game be cancelled or rescheduled, a refund or replacement ticket will be made available at the purchaser’s request.

Health & Safety:
Ice hockey is a dangerous sport, and while we do everything we can to ensure spectator safety, there may still be an element of risk by attending an ice hockey game. Such risks can include, but are not limited to, ice hockey pucks flying over or through the spectator stands protective netting. By attending an ice hockey game, you agree to waive all liability against injury and/or death to Dunedin  Ice Hockey Association, the New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation, International Ice Hockey Federation, and all associated parties.
