Refund Policy – Game Tickets:
Once you have submitted and paid for your order, your order is final and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted should you change your mind or are unable to attend the game(s) (unless required by law). Should the game be cancelled or rescheduled, a refund or replacement ticket will be made available at the purchaser’s request.

Refund / Cancellation Policy – Brand New Items:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

IHNZ National Team Jerseys – Game Worn Items:
Game worn items will be specifically noted as game worn, and are shipped from our Auckland based office and will be delivered to you within 7-10 days of us receiving your order. Due to the nature of being game worn, you should expect some marks and possibly pulling in places on the jersey(s) you purchase.

Refund / Cancellation Policy – Game Worn Items:
We have a limited 14 day returns policy for game worn items. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold to you, and you are responsible for return shipping to the IHNZ. If you would like to request a refund/cancellation, please email [email protected]

Payment Method:
All payments are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are processed through our secure credit card payment gateway, provided by Stripe. We do not hold or store any credit card information at any time.

International Orders:
International orders will be considered on a case by case basis, due to the complexities of international freight. Please email us at [email protected] to request a shipping quote. All orders must be shipped to a physical address (PO boxes are not permitted)

Health & Safety:
Ice hockey is a dangerous sport, and while we do everything we can to ensure spectator safety, there may still be an element of risk by attending an ice hockey game. Such risks can include, but are not limited to, ice hockey pucks flying over or through the spectator stands protective netting. By attending an ice hockey game, you agree to waive all liability against injury and/or death to Dunedin  Ice Hockey Association, the New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation, International Ice Hockey Federation, and all associated parties.
